Crazy hot!Ā 

It was 30CĀ° today which is absolutely lovely and horrible at the same time. Now it’s still 22 which is high as far as the evening is concerned. That’s why I gave up doing cardio today and I’ve just finished bum and abs workout.

What is worse I realized this morning that I am completely unprepared for summer!! šŸ˜±šŸ˜±šŸ˜± I have not even one pair of shorts in my closet (don’t ask me how it happened) but basically today I had to walk around in jeans which was a nightmare!!!! I can’t believe I forgot to buy any summer clothes. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ I was completely taken aback by such a hot summer in England. Last year it was a week in total of weather like this and then it was gone. Back to cold. But I am looking at weather forecast now and I see that I definitely need to buy shorts this year šŸ˜‚

Wish I had a body like that for shorts šŸ˜€ But I only need health and I will work on the rest of stuff šŸ’ŖšŸ’ŖšŸ’Ŗ

HIIT Cardio done!

I am very much out of breath but feeling absolutely amazing and proud. šŸ˜

I really do love having Fridays off. šŸ˜ I would definitely not be able to do this workout after 10 hour shift at work. šŸ‘

It’s a little bit too late to get ready for this bikini season but I will rock the next one šŸ’Ŗ I am not giving up this time. I will do it for me. Not for other stupid reasons I had before. Just for me, my health and well being. This time I am my own priority. Remember, no one will take care of you better than yourself. Be your own friend and take care of your health and love yourself. After all, we only have this one life and only one health for an entire lifetime. So take care today of your future. šŸ’Ŗā¤ā¤

I begin to realize what I’ve always known but didn’t actually say it out loud: a beautiful body is only the side effect of healthy life.

So let’s all be healthy and love ourselves and each other.

Monday’s workout

Hi guys šŸ˜

Today I made myself very proud cause I’ve been at work for 10 hours and yet I managed to push myself to working out tonight šŸ˜€ I am super excited about it šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘

I am so happy I actually did it. I stopped thinking about everything and just put on my workout clothes on and did it. Before my brain could come up with any excuses lol

That’s actually the best and the only way to do stuff for me. I am a massive overthinker. That’s one of the things I don’t like about myself.

Anyway, I will leave you with this gorgeous piece of motivation and will go to have a shower and go to sleep cause I still need to go to work tomorrow.

Btw…that’s the wardrobe of my dreams šŸ˜šŸ˜

Hello everyone!Ā 

I had a small ankle injury so I needed to take it easy and not to exercise for a bit. But now I am back and I’ve just finished my first workout in a week. šŸ˜€šŸ˜€šŸ˜€

It was hard to get back but I did it and I couldn’t be more proud of me šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜

I know that most of you don’t speak Polish and don’t know anything about polish fitness trainers, but Ewa Chodakowska is the best. She’s not only beautiful but also so good as a person. Her workouts not only help me to have better body but also help me be a better person. If I ever have a chance to meet her, I would not even think about it. I would just do it and I can assure you that it would be the best day of my life šŸ˜€šŸ˜€šŸ˜€

This is her. That’s the picture she posted on Facebook yesterday. When you look at her body you can see hours of hard work. I am so grateful that I found her online few years ago and that she keeps releasing new DVDs for me and so many other girls to workout with.
