Monday workout!

Today I started strong from the very morning. I am going to work for 2 pm so I have decided to actually workout in the morning instead of after work.

I must say it does give more energy, that’s for sure πŸ˜€

Many times during the week I lack motivation and am trying to push myself through those week moments. I ended up wondering how to motivate myself? And then I realized that you just have to want it. You cant’t give up your dreams no matter what are the circumstances.

I believe that the process of losing weight is not only about losing weight but it is about gaining so much more. Confidence, mental strength, humility. Working out is not only about making you look better but also about making you a better person.

Instead of constantly judging others, we should better find a purpose for your life and don’t stop until we will fulfill ourselves.

HIIT Cardio WorkoutΒ 

I’ve just finished my workout and it was crazy hard to do! So intense! I am so happy that I managed to survive it lol It was not that easy πŸ˜‚ but I’ve read an article earlier about the after burn effect and that it is happening after high intensity workouts so I thought that I will give it a try. Although I can’t measure it at home without lab tests but it will show in the quicker fat loss πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Share with others what’s the best in you. Let them use it too. If there’s one thing I am sure of, it’s the fact that we are all different and unique. You have something in you that I don’t. Be proud of it.Β

Back workout πŸ’ͺ

Today I’ve done my back and shoulder workout with a small dumbbells (0.5 kg each). It is good to have a workout like that once in a while because it corrects our posture and builds up strong muscles of our upper back and chest. I am very happy that I managed to do this workout and already can’t wait for another one πŸ˜€

It’s the weekend finally and I’m telling you right now: this weekend is a perfect moment to change everything. If you’re not going to make the first step you’ll always be right where you are right now.

Crazy cardio workout πŸ˜±

I am absolutely out of breath. My t-shirt is soaking wet and I feel like I’ve been working out 5 hours instead of 1. But oh boy does it feel amazing πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

I am 100% sure that I will feel it tomorrow but I don’t care. I love this feeling and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else in the world. Even if I screw up with my diet during the week or if I make a bad mistake at work or I argue with my boyfriend, it doesn’t matter during my workout because it is the time only for me. The time that I can do something to make up for mistakes in diet or let go of the anger and frustration from work and argument with a loved one. This is the time that my brain hits pause on thoughts running through it during the day. The only thing that I think of is that I love this horrible feeling of burning muscles and that I can push through it πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€ I am so happy that God blessed me with good enough health to do those workouts and to fight for being healthier and stronger. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Passion is inside each of us without regards to what we’re doing for a living. So don’t think about what people will say. They will always be talking. For someone that looks up to you, you are an INSPIRATION ❀

1St workout of the week πŸ’ͺ

It is a little late for that cause it’s already Friday. But! I am working 10 hours a day from Monday to Thursday so when I get back home at 8 pm every day I do want to work out so badly but I am usually so tired I can’t get myself to do it. πŸ˜”

But during the weekend I am doing my best to workout every day. Today I did a very nice session of Pilates and I feel very well stretched and tired. I feel all my muscles but at the same time I feel very relaxed. So happy right now πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Keep fighting for your dreams every single day and you will get there. Don’t let your past interfere with your present. It’s a finished chapter. You’re not the same person that you were last year, month, week or yesterday. Embrace the change. Miracles happen every day. Be alert and don’t be indifferent to them.

Quick workout at the end of the day πŸ˜

Today I was very busy. First a parcel from my mum from Poland was arriving in the morning so had to wake up early to wait for it. Then cooking for the entire week. And it’s very hot outside so inside my kitchen must have been about million degrees 😨😱

However… I found some time to do a quick workout at the very end of this day

I am very tired and tomorrow I will feel huuuuge muscles soreness but then again… NO PAIN NO GAIN 😍

I am too late for this summer but next summer I will be ready πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Btw… Many times people ask me how to qucikly lose weight and my only response is… CUT YOUR LEG OFF! πŸ™ˆ

Dear people from all over the world! There’s no such thing as quickly losing weight. You didn’t gain it in a week and you won’t lose it in a week. So give yourself some time. It’s not easy.. I know πŸ˜” but this is the only way πŸ’ͺ

I am very much out of breath but feeling absolutely amazing and proud. 😍

I really do love having Fridays off. 😍 I would definitely not be able to do this workout after 10 hour shift at work. πŸ‘

It’s a little bit too late to get ready for this bikini season but I will rock the next one πŸ’ͺ I am not giving up this time. I will do it for me. Not for other stupid reasons I had before. Just for me, my health and well being. This time I am my own priority. Remember, no one will take care of you better than yourself. Be your own friend and take care of your health and love yourself. After all, we only have this one life and only one health for an entire lifetime. So take care today of your future. πŸ’ͺ❀❀

I begin to realize what I’ve always known but didn’t actually say it out loud: a beautiful body is only the side effect of healthy life.

Dieting-how to start and what to do?

Hi guys πŸ™‚ Today I wanted to “talk” to you about dieting. We all know how hard it is to start, change all of our eating habits and stick to the resolutions that we’ve made. How to do it? Well… it’s still tough for me to stick to the plan sometimes. That’s why I’ve done some research of some useful tips that we can all use. πŸ™‚

Slimming is a process. That’s why it’s so important to set goals.Β 

The correct way of setting goals allows us to divide the goal for several smaller goals “milestones”. It is so much easier to control and work on the little steps. If we have a very distant “big” goal it is easier for us to quit because it actually discourage us instead of motivating us.

Plan your goals according to these few steps:Β 

  1. REASONABLE GOALΒ at the beginning set a reasonable goal for slimming. If you have 20 kilograms to lose then set your thoughts at the begging in a way to lose certain percent of this number, for example 20%. After reaching this “small” step, set another one. This way you will get to your final goal πŸ™‚
  2. WEEKLY GOALSΒ you know that diet is suppose to take you to losing weight, but how to actually do it? For every day of the week plan special tasks that will move you closer to losing weight. Make sure these are specified activities, for example: running every day for 30 minutes, or working out every day for 30 minutes, or something else that will benefit your overall goal. But don’t plan losing certain amount of kilograms. Sometimes body plays a prank on us and although we were doing everything right and sticking to diet plan, we still don’t lose weight. But if you did all the activities from your weekly plan, you will be able to say “I fulfilled weekly plan, so I am one step closer to reaching my goal”.
  3. THE MAGIC OF AVOIDINGΒ SNACKINGΒ when you have a need to snack something in between meals of your diet plan, tell yourself that you will eat it in half an hour. In the meantime busy yourself with something else. If after half an hour you still want to snack, try to postpone it for another half an hour. Basically, try to postpone it for as long as you can. Even if you are going to eat something unhealthy after all, you will end up eating less of it than you would have done the first time you got a craving. After some time of practicing such behavior you will actually see that you some of the products that you used to eat, are becoming less attractive for you πŸ™‚

That’s when it comes to planning your goals. I think that postponing snacks is something definitely worth doing. After all it’s all about tricking your mind, so that’s just another way of doing so πŸ™‚

There are also few general rules for the whole process of slimming that may help you:Β 

  1. PRIORITIES start respecting yourself and put your own wellness as a top priority. This way, people that are close & important to you will be able to count on your respect and support
  2. PRACTICE each week try to learn some new behaviors that will help you reach your goal. Let them become your habits. This way, with time, they will become inherent part of your day, just like brushing your teeth every day, you’re not thing about it, you’re just doing it πŸ™‚
  3. PATIENCE losing weight is a process. Don’t worry if you’re going to make a mistake. Keep your motivation and keep on going. Search for new incentives and don’t give up. Success is within your reach.

And remember, you’re not the only one trying to get fit. There’s plenty of people around you or online that you can always find and exchange your experiences πŸ™‚ You can do it πŸ™‚


Monday’s workout

Today I made myself very proud cause I’ve been at work for 10 hours and yet I managed to push myself to working out tonight πŸ˜€ I am super excited about it πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

I am so happy I actually did it. I stopped thinking about everything and just put on my workout clothes on and did it. Before my brain could come up with any excuses lol

That’s actually the best and the only way to do stuff for me. I am a massive overthinker. That’s one of the things I don’t like about myself.

Anyway, I will leave you with this gorgeous piece of motivation and will go to have a shower and go to sleep cause I still need to go to work tomorrow.

Hello everyone!Β 

I had a small ankle injury so I needed to take it easy and not to exercise for a bit. But now I am back and I’ve just finished my first workout in a week. πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

It was hard to get back but I did it and I couldn’t be more proud of me 😍😍😍

I know that most of you don’t speak Polish and don’t know anything about polish fitness trainers, but Ewa Chodakowska is the best. She’s not only beautiful but also so good as a person. Her workouts not only help me to have better body but also help me be a better person. If I ever have a chance to meet her, I would not even think about it. I would just do it and I can assure you that it would be the best day of my life πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

This is her. That’s the picture she posted on Facebook yesterday. When you look at her body you can see hours of hard work. I am so grateful that I found her online few years ago and that she keeps releasing new DVDs for me and so many other girls to workout with.

Thursday’s workout

Workout done! πŸ’ͺ it was quite difficult but I made it and I’m very happy. πŸ˜€

I have quite a lot of going on at work now and that makes it even more difficult to do the workout but I keep pushing myself. So far it’s working and that makes me really proud.

However, I will be transferred to 4 days of 10 hour shift and every Friday off soon. That may be the biggest challenge because I don’t know if I will have the physical strength to do the workout after being at work for 10 hours. And I wouldn’t like to workout only on weekends. So I will have to dig deep. Fingers crossed πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Today’s workout done. I was extremely lazy after work but I forced myself to do it and I did πŸ˜€

My diet is not a total failure but it’s not a total success either. I am figuring out my mistakes so I can prepare myself for a new week better πŸ’ͺ
