First workout after almost 3 weeks!!!!!

It was a very tough 3 weeks. I injured my ankle and I had to have this horrible break. It was slightly twisted but because I have a physical job it took quite a lot of time to heal. And I wanted to make sure that I am in all clear from my doctor’s so today I got it confirmed and I’ve done my 1st workout 😍😍😍

I also found out that it’s so much easier to get out of shape then get into it lol 😂 so slowly I will have to make my come back and get back on track with food and exercise and everything else. Fingers crossed for everything being awesome now 😀
