Yesterday, the newest training program from my favorite polish fitness trainer arrived. 😍


I know that most of you don’t speak Polish and will not have an opportunity to try it, but I can guarantee that it’s the best thing in the world. I managed to do only 5 out of 10 rounds. It’s a very intense cardio with the elements if strengthening your body. Perfect combination. I absolutely love it although it literally takes my breath away 😍😍😍

This was only accomplished in 5 rounds that took 37 minutes. And I couldn’t say a sentence after that lol I will aim to do more and more rounds every single time πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Wednesday’s workoutΒ 

Today’s workout done. I was extremely lazy after work but I forced myself to do it and I did πŸ˜€

My diet is not a total failure but it’s not a total success either. I am figuring out my mistakes so I can prepare myself for a new week better πŸ’ͺ

Never give up 😊 keep going and keep pushing yourself. We will get there eventually πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Don’t forget to find a way that motivates you the most. I like to look at the pictures of fit people. It helps me visualize my goal. πŸ˜€

Fighting my inner laziness

I was fighting with myself all day long. Yesterday I made a promise to myself that I will clean half of the house and work out and go check out where exactly is my new job located, just to avoid stress on Thursday. And I didn’t want to do neither of these things today!!!

Finally, in the afternoon, I forced myself to go clean the kitchen, living room and the hall. I did a very thorough cleaning of them all and I must admit I did myself proud with it because it’s all shining now.

I didn’t go check out my new place of work, but I will do it tomorrow or on Monday πŸ™‚

And as much as I didn’t want to work out, and was fighting with myself to convince my inner athlete to relax today, I forced myself to a simple workout. In conclusion, I did myself proud twice today! Not a bad score πŸ™‚


You can do so much more than you think. Sometimes you just need to force yourself to do something that you may not want at first, but what will you thank yourselves for in the future ❀
