I am so happy that I used my day off to do a decent workout. I needed a fan throughout the entire workout though because it’s very hot today in UK. At least in Milton Keynes 😍
Too bad we didn’t manage to get a car today cause it would be the perfect day to go somewhere on the beach 😍 at least I did my workout so the day is not completely wasted lol

Here’s a little motivation to do squats 😍 but not only. There is such a wide variety of exercises that will make your bum look perfect, so remember to broaden your horizons and do more than just squats 👍

Hi guys 🙂 Today I wanted to “talk” to you about dieting. We all know how hard it is to start, change all of our eating habits and stick to the resolutions that we’ve made. How to do it? Well… it’s still tough for me to stick to the plan sometimes. That’s why I’ve done some research of some useful tips that we can all use. 🙂
Slimming is a process. That’s why it’s so important to set goals.
The correct way of setting goals allows us to divide the goal for several smaller goals “milestones”. It is so much easier to control and work on the little steps. If we have a very distant “big” goal it is easier for us to quit because it actually discourage us instead of motivating us.
Plan your goals according to these few steps:
- REASONABLE GOAL at the beginning set a reasonable goal for slimming. If you have 20 kilograms to lose then set your thoughts at the begging in a way to lose certain percent of this number, for example 20%. After reaching this “small” step, set another one. This way you will get to your final goal 🙂
- WEEKLY GOALS you know that diet is suppose to take you to losing weight, but how to actually do it? For every day of the week plan special tasks that will move you closer to losing weight. Make sure these are specified activities, for example: running every day for 30 minutes, or working out every day for 30 minutes, or something else that will benefit your overall goal. But don’t plan losing certain amount of kilograms. Sometimes body plays a prank on us and although we were doing everything right and sticking to diet plan, we still don’t lose weight. But if you did all the activities from your weekly plan, you will be able to say “I fulfilled weekly plan, so I am one step closer to reaching my goal”.
- THE MAGIC OF AVOIDING SNACKING when you have a need to snack something in between meals of your diet plan, tell yourself that you will eat it in half an hour. In the meantime busy yourself with something else. If after half an hour you still want to snack, try to postpone it for another half an hour. Basically, try to postpone it for as long as you can. Even if you are going to eat something unhealthy after all, you will end up eating less of it than you would have done the first time you got a craving. After some time of practicing such behavior you will actually see that you some of the products that you used to eat, are becoming less attractive for you 🙂
That’s when it comes to planning your goals. I think that postponing snacks is something definitely worth doing. After all it’s all about tricking your mind, so that’s just another way of doing so 🙂
There are also few general rules for the whole process of slimming that may help you:
- PRIORITIES start respecting yourself and put your own wellness as a top priority. This way, people that are close & important to you will be able to count on your respect and support
- PRACTICE each week try to learn some new behaviors that will help you reach your goal. Let them become your habits. This way, with time, they will become inherent part of your day, just like brushing your teeth every day, you’re not thing about it, you’re just doing it 🙂
- PATIENCE losing weight is a process. Don’t worry if you’re going to make a mistake. Keep your motivation and keep on going. Search for new incentives and don’t give up. Success is within your reach.
And remember, you’re not the only one trying to get fit. There’s plenty of people around you or online that you can always find and exchange your experiences 🙂 You can do it 🙂
Today I spent most of my day outside of the house. I visited my friend in other city and we ate those delicious crepes with fresh fruit and ice cream. It was to die for 😍 Heaven in my mouth! 😍
Bad news is, I still didn’t clean the house. Definitely disappointed myself in that field. 😔
However! I did workout so that kind of evens today’s balance 👍
Today I did a wonderful workout with fitness ball and I can’t move. Like right now I am literally sitting on my fitness mat and writing this post and I am unable to move 😂 but that’s what it is all about!!! 😀😀😀
I would absolutely love to have a waist like that 😍 it is so beautiful. But than again… Anything is possible if you only work for it 😉

So as you all know I am not working on Fridays. And that’s basically the best thing in the world 😂 It gave me a chance to have a proper workout which made me very happy.
You know, I thought it will be so much easier to just have a workout after 10 hours days of work, but it’s not. I am struggling with this and this is definitely something I want to work on for the next few weeks. So fingers crossed, maybe I will actually push myself to have 2 workouts within my working days. 😊
The good news is that I got so much rest today. I slept very well, longer than I usually do on day to day basis. I Skyped with my mum for a long time, I watched a volleyball match and then I worked out.
Cleaning the house was definitely on my list, however I didn’t do it lol. I’m not going to try to come up with excuses right now, because there’s absolutely no point to it, I was just simply too lazy to do it.
But… Tomorrow is another day 👍😀
I’m going to Spain in September so now I have even more motivation to do good because I don’t want to be ashamed of my body and I want to put bikini on without any sense of guilt. So let’s work towards bikini body 😍😍

Today I made myself very proud cause I’ve been at work for 10 hours and yet I managed to push myself to working out tonight 😀 I am super excited about it 👍👍👍
I am so happy I actually did it. I stopped thinking about everything and just put on my workout clothes on and did it. Before my brain could come up with any excuses lol
That’s actually the best and the only way to do stuff for me. I am a massive overthinker. That’s one of the things I don’t like about myself.
Anyway, I will leave you with this gorgeous piece of motivation and will go to have a shower and go to sleep cause I still need to go to work tomorrow.

I had a small ankle injury so I needed to take it easy and not to exercise for a bit. But now I am back and I’ve just finished my first workout in a week. 😀😀😀
It was hard to get back but I did it and I couldn’t be more proud of me 😍😍😍
I know that most of you don’t speak Polish and don’t know anything about polish fitness trainers, but Ewa Chodakowska is the best. She’s not only beautiful but also so good as a person. Her workouts not only help me to have better body but also help me be a better person. If I ever have a chance to meet her, I would not even think about it. I would just do it and I can assure you that it would be the best day of my life 😀😀😀
This is her. That’s the picture she posted on Facebook yesterday. When you look at her body you can see hours of hard work. I am so grateful that I found her online few years ago and that she keeps releasing new DVDs for me and so many other girls to workout with.

Workout done! 💪 it was quite difficult but I made it and I’m very happy. 😀
I have quite a lot of going on at work now and that makes it even more difficult to do the workout but I keep pushing myself. So far it’s working and that makes me really proud.
However, I will be transferred to 4 days of 10 hour shift and every Friday off soon. That may be the biggest challenge because I don’t know if I will have the physical strength to do the workout after being at work for 10 hours. And I wouldn’t like to workout only on weekends. So I will have to dig deep. Fingers crossed 😀😀😀😀

I lost myself in the last few weeks. I lost my focus, my goals, etc.
Luckily, afterm every bump on the road I keep coming back down on the mat. Today I’ve done my first workout in a week and it felt amazing.
I probably won’t be able to say the same tomorrow with sore muscles but who cares 😂
It was very tough but I came back and it felt really good. I am struggling with sweets and junk food in general, so I started to take chrome in tablets and so far it helos. Fingers crossed then. Hopefully it will help me cut the sugar intake 😊

Yesterday, the newest training program from my favorite polish fitness trainer arrived. 😍
I know that most of you don’t speak Polish and will not have an opportunity to try it, but I can guarantee that it’s the best thing in the world. I managed to do only 5 out of 10 rounds. It’s a very intense cardio with the elements if strengthening your body. Perfect combination. I absolutely love it although it literally takes my breath away 😍😍😍
This was only accomplished in 5 rounds that took 37 minutes. And I couldn’t say a sentence after that lol I will aim to do more and more rounds every single time 👍👍👍

Today’s workout done. I was extremely lazy after work but I forced myself to do it and I did 😀
My diet is not a total failure but it’s not a total success either. I am figuring out my mistakes so I can prepare myself for a new week better 💪

Today is the first day of my new diet. 😀 It is also a bank holiday so it didn’t go as smoothly as I wanted it to go. However, tomorrow I’m back to work and back on schedule so it will be better. It must be better! 💪
Good thing is, I have done my workout for today so it was not a total disaster 👍
I am trying to build up all this motivation inside of me so I can keep myself away from everything that will destroy my plans. I think the most difficult are going to be weekends. When I’m usually at home, with too much time on my hands lol but I keep repeating myself that I can do it and that it’s worth it.
After all… What am I working out for? If I don’t keep the right diet, I may as well sit on my bum all day long because working out on it’s own will not bring big results. And I am working out quite a lot and I don’t want it to go to waste with a bad diet.
So fingers crossed and let’s get this party started. 💪💪💪

I was really tired after work, the weather outside was absolutely horrible and all I wanted to do was to eat junk food in bed while watching “Brooklyn 99″…
So I’ve done the workout instead lol 😂😂😂
I am very proud of myself cause my work is very physical and sometimes I really don’t want to do anything else apart from sleeping all the time after I come home; yet, somehow I can always force myself to workout for an hour on the evening. 👍👍 hopefully it will stay this way cause next week I think I have to work 10 hour shift 😔 good thing that only for 4 days 😀
