Monday workout 😍

1st workout of the week done. I am working 6 am to 2 pm shift this week so I have plenty of time after work to get things done. That’s why today I’ve done this amazing workout. I feel so much better now 😍😍😍

Right now, even if I initially don’t feel like it at all or just am lazy and want to sit and eat junk food, I choose one of the workouts and put my workout clothes on and just do it before my brain can convince me otherwise πŸ˜‚ love this feeling 😍😍😍

Every day after waking up tell yourself I CAN DO IT! Accept things you can’t control. If you CAN and WANT TO change something – DO IT β€πŸ‘
