So as you all know I am not working on Fridays. And that’s basically the best thing in the world 😂 It gave me a chance to have a proper workout which made me very happy.
You know, I thought it will be so much easier to just have a workout after 10 hours days of work, but it’s not. I am struggling with this and this is definitely something I want to work on for the next few weeks. So fingers crossed, maybe I will actually push myself to have 2 workouts within my working days. 😊
The good news is that I got so much rest today. I slept very well, longer than I usually do on day to day basis. I Skyped with my mum for a long time, I watched a volleyball match and then I worked out.
Cleaning the house was definitely on my list, however I didn’t do it lol. I’m not going to try to come up with excuses right now, because there’s absolutely no point to it, I was just simply too lazy to do it.
But… Tomorrow is another day 👍😀
I’m going to Spain in September so now I have even more motivation to do good because I don’t want to be ashamed of my body and I want to put bikini on without any sense of guilt. So let’s work towards bikini body 😍😍
