I lost myself in the last few weeks. I lost my focus, my goals, etc.
Luckily, afterm every bump on the road I keep coming back down on the mat. Today I’ve done my first workout in a week and it felt amazing.
I probably won’t be able to say the same tomorrow with sore muscles but who cares 😂
It was very tough but I came back and it felt really good. I am struggling with sweets and junk food in general, so I started to take chrome in tablets and so far it helos. Fingers crossed then. Hopefully it will help me cut the sugar intake 😊
