Monday’s workout

Today is the first day of my new diet. 😀 It is also a bank holiday so it didn’t go as smoothly as I wanted it to go. However, tomorrow I’m back to work and back on schedule so it will be better. It must be better! 💪

Good thing is, I have done my workout for today so it was not a total disaster 👍

I am trying to build up all this motivation inside of me so I can keep myself away from everything that will destroy my plans. I think the most difficult are going to be weekends. When I’m usually at home, with too much time on my hands lol but I keep repeating myself that I can do it and that it’s worth it.

After all… What am I working out for? If I don’t keep the right diet, I may as well sit on my bum all day long because working out on it’s own will not bring big results. And I am working out quite a lot and I don’t want it to go to waste with a bad diet.

So fingers crossed and let’s get this party started. 💪💪💪
