Friday’s workout

Today’s workout done. So far 5 out of 5 days. I am very pleased with myself this past week πŸ™‚


I hope you had a lovely day and that you’re fully prepared for Easter. Today I got a massive Ferrero Rocher chocolate egg from my boyfriend so that’s what I am going to eat after my breakfast on Sunday πŸ˜€

And then I will go back to fighting for an amazing body like this:


Remember one thing. Strong is the new skinny. Everyone likes something different. Some people like to have more muscles some people like to have less. We all want different things. As long as being healthy is your top 1 priority, that’s okay. πŸ™‚
