Monday report

So I had a yoghurt with raspberries and rolled oats and walnuts for my second breakfast. Then I had pasta with mushrooms and onion in creamy sauce for my lunch and pasta with ham and mushrooms for my dinner. 

I kept a clean diet today and about 15-20 mins ago I finished my workout 💪💪

The day is finally over, I can go to bed and have well deserved quiet time with a book 😍😍😍
