Workout 

Friday’s workout done 😍

I’ve just finished workout with very light dumbbells – 0.5kg. It was mainly directed towards improving posture, strengthening upper back, shoulders and arms. I thought that 0.5kg is nothing but well… My arms are killing me!! 💪💪💪💪💪

And just to make your night better, an amazing body that motivates me to work harder 😍
