I forgot to post my result on Saturday, but I did my workout and had 5 out of 5 planned days of working out.
Today I did my workout as well. I have just finished it. New week and I’m still going. The goal is the same – to work out at least 4 times this week. 👍💪🔥
From January I am starting new diet. It is based on Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load. I got it recommended from my doctor in Poland who diagnosed me with PCOS. My blog will probably have more content then. I hope so. 😀 tomorrow I have a day off because I need to run some errands and I hope I will find the time to create a post about this katogenic diet. I found out few things about it so maybe I will familiarise you with my research. 😊❤
