Pilates

Today, I have decided to do not as challenging workout as I usually do, and I did Pilates. The only stupid thing that I have done was to turn on my fitbit watch after 15mins of my workout 😂 so the results you’ll see are not 100% true 😂

It is not that important. I just like to know how much calories I have burnt. But still the mlst important for me is that I definitely kept my plan and I did work out 4 times DURING the week! I am very proud of myself and I can honestly say that I will do my best to workout tomorrow as well 😍

Now it’s time to have a shower and to give you some good fit body to look at 💪

I would love to have a belly and waist like that 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
