I really did not want to work out. I wanted to stay in bed, eat junk food and watch TV series.
However! After the 1st chocolate bar, I felt so guilty that I could not take it. So I picked the DVD from the shelf, got dressed and did an amazing workout!
I feel so much better now. I am very proud of myself. This week I promised myself I will see if I am able to do workouts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (optional). So instead of 3-4 workouts a week, I am aiming for 4-5 workouts. 1 out of 5 done 💪💪🔥🔥
