Forced Break :(

Unfortunately, I needed to take quite long break in writing this blog and working out. That was caused by my period. My belly was very very sore and I didn’t feel well. So I stopped working out for few days and now I am getting back to normal routine.

 

Of course, if the pain is not too bad we can work out during period. However, I tend to be in a lot of pain during my periods so I always just take it easy.

Now, I should go back to my usual routine and I cannot wait for my next workout 🙂
